We’re not going to lie, Xbox One backwards compatibility is our favourite feature of the console. Being able to buy a ridiculously cheap, slightly scratched, used copy of a compatible Xbox 360 game to basically get a free download of said game with all the DVR, multitasking and streaming – what’s not to love?
Microsoft have been really consistent with their updates too, usually adding two or three games every single week, including excellent titles like Bayonetta, Red Dead Redemption and Lost Odyssey and it doesn’t look like they’re going to stop anytime soon.

Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox, replied to a fan thanking him for putting Blue Dragon on Xbox One (sometimes you have a craving to play a 6/10 game, we get it) with some very interesting information.
His reply reads: “BC team just sent me their planned November list, looks to be a great BC month, landing some of top fan requests”.
Luckily for us, the Xbox website has a whole section dedicated to viewing and making requests so we might be able to get an idea of what games Phil is on about.
Here’s the top 5:
We think we can rule Skyrim and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare out since they just had releases on Xbox One but at least one of the other three is a safe bet.
The Xbox 360 games we’d really, really like to see join the backwards compatibility club are Batman: Arkham Origins (the epitome of So Okay, It’s Average but it would compliment the Return to Arkham collection and it’s set at Christmas), Fable: Anniversary (so this writer can FINALLY start the Fable trilogy) and either Burnout Revenge or Burnout Paradise (because we need an outlet for the rage that London traffic gives us).
